I founded Delivered Talent Group with a simple belief: exceptional hires happen through relationships, trust, and industry expertise, not mass outreach or job postings.
Every search I take on is personally led from start to finish. I partner directly with clients to understand their business, identify exceptional leaders, and guide the hiring process through a successful outcome.
Whether recruiting for specialty contracting, construction, manufacturing, senior living, or facilities leadership, my goal is always the same: deliver exceptional people who create long-term value for the organizations they join.
My Story
Executive recruiting has never been about filling positions for me. Tt's about helping organizations make better leadership decisions.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to partner with growing companies, established organizations, and industry leaders to recruit professionals who strengthen teams and move businesses forward.
I started Delivered Talent Group to create a more personal recruiting experience. By intentionally working with a limited number of clients at a time, I'm able to provide responsive communication, thoughtful search strategies, and direct involvement throughout every engagement.
I believe the strongest relationships are built on honesty, consistency, and delivering results over time—not simply closing the next placement.
